When you Receive your Package:
Once you have received your shipment it is best to either use the product with-in 3 days of receiving it, or place into the freezer.
*Note: Place the entire bag of meat and marinade into the freezer.
*Note: Pull the meat from the freezer 2-3 days before you intend to use the meat.
