For every animal brought in for processing, you have the opportunity to fully customize your cuts.
Our expert butchers and staff take the upmost pride in their work, and make sure every animal that they process is accurately cut to your exact instructions.
We are committed to guiding you through each step of the process, ensuring you leave with exactly what you want and complete satisfaction every time.
We process animals all along the coast, from Santa Barbara to San Mateo, and everywhere in between, including fair animals!

Wild game drop-offs are welcome at any time, even outside of regular business hours if necessary. We will always have someone on call to assist with your animal.
If you need to drop off outside of business hours, please call the shop in advance. The answering machine will provide the contact number for the on-call staff member for that weekend. Be sure to reach out to them to confirm when you will be dropping off.
We kindly request that you provide at least one hour’s notice to ensure we can accommodate you properly.

Domestic animals can only be dropped off during business hours. Tuesday-Saturday, anytime between 9am and 6pm.


Once we receive your animal...
1. We'll reach out to you for your cutting instructions. This is your opportunity to tell us exactly how you’d like our butchers to cut, wrap, and process your animal to your specifications.
2. Once we receive your instructions, we’ll allow your animal to age if needed (this applies to beef only)
3. Next, we’ll cut, wrap, and freeze your fresh cuts. This includes your steaks, roasts, and any special cuts you've requested.
4. Any remaining meat not designated for specific cuts will be turned into ground meat or sausages. Additionally, items like ham and bacon will be smoked and processed to perfection.
5. Once everything is prepared and thoroughly frozen, it’s ready for pickup. We’ll give you a call to let you know when your animal is ready and inform you of the time frame for pickup.
6. Now, you can enjoy your delicious, custom-cut meat!
